Frequently asked questions

Who is Meet N' Sync for?

Professionals and small practices whose clients book time with them. Set your hours, share one link, and manage every appointment in one place.

Does my client need an account?

No. Your client opens your booking link, picks a time, and confirms. Only you and your team sign in to the app.

Which video tools can I use?

Google Meet and Zoom. Each person connects their own Google or Zoom account under Settings. Appointments still work before you connect either one. See the Google Meet and Zoom guides.

Can I charge for an appointment?

Yes. Mark a booking link as free or paid and set one amount. Add how you get paid: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank transfer. On a paid appointment the client sees your payment details, chooses a method, and enters the transaction ID. You get a notice in your inbox and confirm the payment from the appointment.

How do I share my booking link?

Send it by WhatsApp, email, Messenger, or text message, or copy the link and paste it anywhere.

How long can an appointment be?

15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. A new account starts with a 30-minute “Meeting with me” link and weekday hours from 9:00 to 17:00, and you can change both.

What happens after the appointment?

The tasks, files, and comments stay on the appointment. Sync lists the tasks, Files lists the documents, and Inbox shows what changed.

Can the people in my practice use it?

Your team is the members of your workspace, listed under Teams in Settings. Appointments, tasks, and the inbox stay inside that workspace.
